Free Bus Transport Registration – Fun in the Sun Youth Festival

Council is offering free bus transport for young people to attend the Fun in the Sun Youth Festival at Evans Head on Saturday 18 April 2026.

Bus pick up times and locations

• Casino 12.30pm
• Coraki 12.50pm
• Woodburn 1.15pm

Places are limited and registration is required.

Eligibility

This transport is available to young people aged 12 to 25 years only. Proof of age may be requested.

Conditions

By registering, you confirm that you are aged between 12 and 25 years and will arrive on time for your selected pick up location. Bus times are approximate and may change due to traffic or weather.

A separate registration form must be completed for each young person attending to travel on the free bus.

Young people under 16 years should have parent or carer permission to attend. This is not a supervised transport service. Participants are responsible for their own behaviour and safety during travel and at the event.

Council reserves the right to cancel or adjust transport arrangements if required.
