Acquittal instructions

Council requires feedback from organisations that receive funding through our Community Financial Assistance Program.

As a funded organisation, you are responsible for the following:

  • Submit all reports within the agreed program timeframes

  • Provide Council with enough evidence to acquit the project

  • Keep all financial and operational records relating to the project for seven years and provide them if requested for audit purposes

  • Clearly acknowledge the support of Richmond Valley Council

  • Advise Council of any concerns with delivering your project before the project timeframes expire

If you have any questions regarding the project, funding or acquittal requirements can be directed to Marie Cullen, phone  (02) 6660 0300 or email marie.cullen@richmondvalley.nsw.gov.au
